Birthday Celebrations
We believe that a birthday is a special day on the calendar that needs to be celebrated. It may be another working day for the agency and everyone else, but one person may have a special connection with the day as it’s his or her birthday. Naksha Tech Solution never forgets to celebrate our team members. We celebrate our team members’ birthdays with cakes and gifts, so that they can add a new page to their memories. We value our family members who work even on their birthdays to serve the company at their best. So, it is our responsibility to make them happy by pausing our busy schedules, gathering together, and celebrating the people who make our workplace special. It’s not about the cake or the gifts; it’s about the person, his/her emotions and the memories.
Work Anniversary Celebrations
One year working in an agency is definitely a milestone. When our team members complete one year of their professional journey with us, their growth becomes noticeable. We celebrate the growth, the dedication and the hard work. We have given them a platform to explore and grow while they serve the outcome and create a higher position for Naksha Tech Solution in the industry. Our way of celebrating work anniversaries is a little different. We create a frame for the certification with written achievements. This special initiative will make the person always remember us with a smile.
Independence Day
On 15th August, Naksha Tech Solution celebrates Independence Day. We understand the value of this day as our founder, Sourab Das, is always bound to his Indian roots and often advises the team members to do something extra for the country, people, and growth of India. By hoisting our national flag, we remember the names of our freedom fighters and their sacrifices. We bow our heads in respect to the great souls whose sacrifices gifted us the freedom we enjoy today. The freedom they fought for gives us the wings to dream, grow, and soar high. On Independence Day, we celebrate not just our freedom, but also their courage, sacrifice, and the priceless gift they left behind for us.
International Yoga Day
Every year on 21st June, we celebrate International Yoga Day at Naksha Tech Solution, reminding ourselves that amidst busy schedules, tight deadlines, and the everyday demands of the creative industry, taking care of ourselves matters just as much as getting the work done. In a field where fresh ideas and creative thinking are part of our daily routine, a fresh mind is our greatest asset. Just as a vehicle needs fuel to keep moving, our minds need rest, balance, and positive energy to keep creating. That’s why, amidst all the hustle, we take a little time for ourselves. We come together as a team, practise yoga, relax our minds, and reconnect with one another. It’s not just about fitness; it’s about building stronger bonds, finding inner balance, and returning to work with renewed energy and enthusiasm. At Naksha, we believe good health is our true wealth, and a healthy mind is the foundation of great creativity.
Company Anniversary

Ganesh Chaturthi
Lord Ganesha, the God of new beginnings and the remover of obstacles, holds a special place in our journey at Naksha Tech Solution. As our company anniversary falls on 23rd August, and Ganesh Chaturthi often arrives around August or September, we embrace this auspicious occasion as an opportunity to seek Ganpati Bappa’s blessings for the year ahead. With hopes of greater growth, new achievements, and a brighter future, we begin another chapter of our journey with faith and positivity. But for us, our Ganesh Puja celebrations start long before the final day. Our team members come together to decorate the office, prepare the arrangements, and take responsibility for shopping for the puja essentials. These shared responsibilities create something more meaningful than festive decorations — they bring seniors and juniors closer, encourage teamwork, and build a friendly environment where everyone feels involved.
On the day of the puja, we arrive at the office early in the morning to make the final preparations and welcome Bappa with devotion. Together, we offer Pushpanjali and complete the puja, seeking blessings for our team’s well-being and our organisation’s continued progress. The afternoon brings Prasad and Bhog, followed by a meal shared among everyone, a beautiful moment when work takes a back seat, and togetherness takes centre stage. As we welcome Ganpati Bappa into our workplace, we also welcome fresh hopes, renewed determination, and new resolutions for the coming year. With his blessings in our hearts and the strength of our team beside us, we set out to turn our plans into reality and our aspirations into achievements.
For us, Ganesh Chaturthi is more than a festival. It’s the beginning of a new chapter, built on faith, friendship, teamwork, and the hope of growing together. Ganpati Bappa Morya! May the year ahead bring new opportunities, shared success, and countless reasons to celebrate.
Pujor Naksha
At Naksha Tech Solution, we believe that our purpose goes beyond running a business or taking care of our own team. We are a part of society, and with that comes a responsibility to care for the people around us. For us, social responsibility is not just an initiative; it’s a commitment to making a small but meaningful difference in someone’s life. In 2026, on the first day of Debipaksha, our team visited Ghatbour village in Bongaon to organise a clothes distribution initiative. Amidst the lights, festivities, and excitement of Durga Puja, we wanted to remember those who may not have the means to buy new clothes or fully participate in the celebrations because of financial difficulties.
With this thought in our hearts, we made a humble effort to share a little happiness through our Bostrodan initiative. Every team member was present, standing together for a cause that reminds us that the true spirit of celebration lies not only in what we enjoy ourselves, but also in what we can share with others. The experience was a reminder that even a small gesture can carry meaning when it comes from a place of genuine care. While we continue to work towards our business goals, we also want to remain mindful of the society that surrounds us and the people who deserve to be remembered during their happiest moments.
This is only one step in our journey of giving back. We look forward to taking more such initiatives in the future, united by the belief that our responsibility extends beyond our office walls. Because at Naksha Tech Solution, success is not measured only by how far we grow as a business, but also by how much kindness we can share along the way.
Pre-Puja Feast
Bangali মানেই ভুরিভোজ! And at Naksha Tech Solution, we couldn’t agree more! As a West Bengal-based website design, development, and digital marketing agency, most of our team members share the same love for Durga Puja, good food, and the joy of celebrating together.
Before the much-awaited Puja vacation begins, we make sure to set aside a special day for our team. We step outside our usual office environment, visit a restaurant, and enjoy a hearty lunch together. And because Durga Puja is never complete without pandal hopping, the fun often continues after lunch as we head out to soak in the festive atmosphere.
It may seem like a small initiative, but these outings give us something far more valuable than a meal. Away from deadlines, client calls, and everyday responsibilities, seniors and juniors get the chance to know one another beyond their professional roles. Conversations become more personal, laughter comes naturally, and teammates gradually find a place in each other’s lives.
With every year’s Puja lunch, we add another beautiful memory to our journey. These shared experiences help us build stronger relationships, improve coordination, and create a workplace where people feel comfortable working with one another.
Diwali
Diwali means the festival of lights, but for Bengalis, it also brings the joy and devotion of Kali Puja. It’s a time when we worship Maa Kali and celebrate the triumph of light over darkness, hope over despair, and positivity over negativity. At Naksha Tech Solution, we love bringing this spirit of celebration into our workplace. Since our office remains closed on Diwali, we celebrate together on the evening before our holidays begin. Our team members come together to decorate the office with flowers, light diyas, and transform our everyday workspace into a warm, festive corner filled with light and happiness.
Once the decorations are ready and the diyas illuminate our office, we take a break from our usual work routine to enjoy the festive atmosphere together. A small snacks party adds the perfect finishing touch before everyone heads off for the Diwali holidays. It’s a simple celebration, but one that brings our team closer and gives us a beautiful opportunity to welcome the festival with shared smiles and positive energy. We believe that just as a diya brightens the space around it, a little happiness and togetherness can brighten our everyday lives.
Office Picnic
Our office picnic has a different kind of excitement altogether! Every year on 31st December, the entire Naksha Tech Solution team comes together to end the year with a day full of food, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Every team member participates, and everyone has a role. But the real fun begins when we step into the kitchen! As every Bengali knows, a picnic is incomplete without good food. We start our morning with tea or coffee, followed by luchi, torkari, and mishti, before sitting down for a hearty lunch. But here’s the twist: everything is cooked by us! From cutting vegetables and preparing ingredients to cooking, serving food, and even washing dishes afterwards, everyone gets involved.
And that’s where the funniest moments happen! People who have never cooked in their lives suddenly become kitchen experts, while those who rarely even pour water for themselves enthusiastically serve food to everyone else. There are cooking experiments, friendly arguments, endless laughter, and plenty of playful teasing along the way. With delicious food, warm winter sunshine, and a whole lot of hoi-hullor, our picnic becomes much more than just a day out. It’s a day when office roles disappear, everyone works together, and memories are made naturally.
What makes this day truly special is that there are no seniors or juniors at our picnic — everyone is equal. Everyone cuts vegetables, everyone shares the work, and everyone enjoys the results together. As the year comes to an end, our office picnic gives us the perfect opportunity to celebrate not just another year of work, but the people who made it memorable. Because the best picnic isn’t the one where someone serves you food — it’s the one where everyone cooks, serves, laughs, and eats together!
