Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on communication skills & experience)

Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Bengali & Hindi (Basic English preferred)
- Confident and persuasive personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM handling is a plus)
- Target-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from potential clients and provide complete information about company services
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Maintain regular client handling & follow-up calls to ensure conversions and relationship building
- Explain digital marketing and website services confidently to potential customers
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting sheets
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams for the smooth onboarding of clients
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
