Telesales Executive

We are hiring a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into clients.

Job Details

  • Location: Barasat, North 24 Parganas

Salary & Incentives
    • Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on communication skills & experience)
  • Performance Benefits:
    • ₹1,500 – ₹10,500 per month (based on sales performance & target achievement)

Skills Required
  • Good communication skills in  Bengali & Hindi (Basic English preferred)
  • Confident and persuasive personality
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM handling is a plus)

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from potential clients and provide complete information about company services
  • Make outbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
  • Maintain regular client handling & follow-up calls to ensure conversions and relationship building
  • Explain digital marketing and website services confidently to potential customers
  • Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting sheets
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams for the smooth onboarding of clients
  • Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
